Rental fee
The rental fee is 9,800 yen even if you choose any kind of kimono.
It includes all the things you need to wear a kimono, so you don’t have to buy or prepare things by yourself.
We also help you dress in kimono for free as long as you change in the shop.
It takes about 30 minutes to change per person.
If you would like to change somewhere else, we have an “outreach kimono dressing plan”.
This plan is reservation-only. Our staff will bring the full set of kimono to the requested place and help you dress.
It has to be in Sapporo City and is going to cost extra.

You can have the kimono for two days, the day you wear it and the returning day.

Things you need when you come to the store
Please have your ID with you when you come to the shop.
We ask you to fill out an application form with your name, address, phone number, height and shoe size.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please email us by 5:00 p.m. the day before your rental date.
If you have decided which kimono you will wear in advance and had it on hold, the cancellation charge is 1,000 yen. We don’t accept cancellations on the day.

Return and exchange if they are defective
If you find something wrong with the things you rent, please let us know before you wear them.
We will exchange it with one which is not defective.
If you don’t tell us about any defects, it is going to be assumed there were none.

Notes while you are wearing kimono
Please avoid wearing too much perfume, hair-spray, and make-up on your neck because it is going to damage the kimonos.

If you stain a kimono
No laundry is required by the customers. In case you stain or scratch it, please note it on the returning form.
If you seriously damage or get it dirty, an extra charge will apply.
